How to make a quick and easy kamaboko dip

Hereʻs a really simple recipe for a kamaboko dip that you can make in minutes using your Power Chef® System.

I want to thank our friends Crazy Tupperware Ladies, Malia and Michelle, for sending me their “A Taste of Tupperware: A Year of Recipes” cookbook; this is one of the recipes I found in their 2018 edition.

Use the paddle attachment to mix sauces, milkshakes, mayonnaise, and vinaigrettes, or use the blade attachment to make hummus, guacamole, salsa, baby food, and more — all with the pull of a cord.

How to make a quick and easy kamaboko dip

Ingredients

  • 2 packages kamaboko, chunked

  • 3 stalks green onion

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 can water chestnuts

  • salt and peper to taste

Directions

  • Place water chestnuts into the Power Chef® using the blade attachment and chop until about 3/4 of desired consistency.
  • Add the kamaboko and green onion, then continue to chopping until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Add mayo and sour cream, and mix well using a silicone spatula.

Notes

  • Serve with crackers.
