Hereʻs a really simple recipe for a kamaboko dip that you can make in minutes using your Power Chef® System.

2 packages kamaboko, chunked
3 stalks green onion
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can water chestnuts
salt and peper to taste
- Place water chestnuts into the Power Chef® using the blade attachment and chop until about 3/4 of desired consistency.
- Add the kamaboko and green onion, then continue to chopping until the desired consistency is reached.
- Add mayo and sour cream, and mix well using a silicone spatula.
- Serve with crackers.
